                                7-up Salad

   4      ounces        crushed pineapple -- drained
   1      cup           applesauce
   1      cup           nuts -- chopped
   1                    orange -- peel & dice
   1      3 oz          raspberry gelatin powder
   1      small         7-Up®

Heat applesauce and crushed pineapple. Mix in gelatin. Add 7-Up,
oranges, and nuts. Stir several times while thickening so that it
won't separate.
