MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Cranberry Orange Muffins Categories: Cakes, Fruits, Citrus Yield: 12 Servings 2 c Whole wheat flour 1/3 c Sugar 2 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/4 ts Salt 1 lg Egg 1 1/2 c Orange juice 1/4 c Oil 1 c Cranberries; halved Set oven @ 400°F/205°C. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk egg, orange juice, and oil until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Fold in cranberries. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 15 to 20 minutes.
