MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: 7-Up Bundt Cake
 Categories: Cakes, Desserts, Citrus
      Yield: 1 Cake

  1 1/2 c  Butter
      3 c  Sugar
      5    Eggs
      3 c  Flour
      2 tb Lemon extract
    3/4 c  7-up

  Cream sugar and shortening until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at
  a time beating well after each addition. Add flour. Beat in lemon
  extract and 7-Up. Pour batter into well greased and floured bundt
  pan.

  Bake at 325°F/160°C. for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes on
  wire rack before moving from pan.
