                              Spinach Bread

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
   1       c            Bisquick flour
     1/4   c            Oil
   3                    Eggs
   1       tb           Onion -- chopped (approximate)
   1                    Pkg frozen chopped spinach --
                        - less than full pkg,
                        - thaw & squeeze
   1       c            Mozzarella -- cubed
     1/2   c            Romano or Parmesan -- grated
  
  Grease small loaf pan. Do not flour. Mix all of above ingredients
  together by hand, do not use mixer. Will be lumpy. Pour into loaf
  pan. Bake for about 30 to 45 minutes at 350°F. Can be served hot
  or cold. Slice to desired thickness.
  
  Note:

  I beat eggs by hand before adding to other ingredients
