Thomasson Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Cornbread Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 c Corn meal 1 1/2 ts Salt 2/3 c Butter -- melted 16 oz Can whole kernel corn -- drained 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese -- grated 1 ts Baking powder 2 Eggs 1 c Sour cream 4 oz Can chopped green chilies Heat oven to 375°F and prepare a 9x9" greased baking dish. Mix dry ingredients. Make a well in the center and add beaten eggs, sour cream, and butter. Blend thoroughly and fold in canned corn.
