---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v7.03 (*P) Title: Basic Cornbread Categories: Breads, Mcdougall Servings: 8 2 c Corn meal 1/2 c Whole wheat flour 1/3 c Oat flour 1/3 c Millet flour 4 ts Baking powder 2 c Rice milk 4 tb Frozen apple juice - concentrate; thawed 3 ts Ener-G Egg Replacer; well - beaten with: 4 tb Water Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix the corn meal, flours, and baking powder together and set aside. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the dry ingredients. Fold together briefly.
