* Exported from MasterCook * Vegetable-Nut Loaf Recipe By : Key Gourmet CD Rom Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Vegetarian Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tb Butter 1/2 c Celery -- chopped 1/2 c Zucchini -- diced 1/4 c Carrots -- finely grated 2 tb Olives -- chopped 1/4 c Sesame seeds 1/2 c Sunflower seeds -- chopped 1/4 c Chunky peanut butter 1/4 c Walnuts -- diced 1/4 c Almonds -- diced 1/2 ts Onion flakes 1 c Milk 1 1/2 c Cooked garbanzo beans -- mashed 1/2 c Cooked lentils -- drained 1/2 ts Spike 1 c Whole grain bread crumbs Sauce: 4 tb Nut butter 4 tb Water 1 tb Soy sauce 1/2 ts Lemon juice Saute first 11 ingredients together in wok or frying pan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add next 5 ingredients and continue stirring in wok another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly. Butter a medium loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 F.
