With the microwave on MEDIUM, cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring the mixture and turning the bowl every 2 minutes. Next, stir in cayenne pepper and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Return to the microwave and cook on MEDIUM 1 to 2 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted and hot.
