MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.01 Title: Bulghur Wheat Categories: Diabetic, Breakfast, Nuts/grains, Fruits, Vegetarian Yield: 1 Servings 2/3 c Water 1/3 c Bulghur wheat 2 tb Cashews 1/2 ts Vanilla 1/2 c Milk or low-fat yogurt 1 Banana; sliced Bring water and bulgur wheat to a boil in a small saucepan. Simmer, covered, until liquid absorbed. Grind cashews to a fine powder in a blender. Add vanilla and milk or yogurt and blend again. Pour over bulgur wheat and cook another 5 minutes. Add sliced banana.
