MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Chicken Ratatouille Stew Categories: Crockpot, Vegetables, French, Chicken, Stews Yield: 4 Servings 4 Chicken breast halves; skinless, boneless, cut into 1 inch cubes 30 oz Jar spaghetti sauce 1 md Eggplant; peel; coarse chop 2 Tomatoes; coarse chop 2 sm Zucchini; sliced 1 Green bell pepper; 1" pcs 1 lg Onion; chopped 3 cl Garlic; minced 1 ts Dried basil leaves 1 ts Dried oregano leaves In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
