  1 1/2 lb Ground beef
      1 md Onion; chopped
      4 sl Bacon; diced
      1    Green pepper; chopped
      3    Potatoes; peeled and diced
      2 ts Mustard
      3    Beef bouillon cubes
    1/4 ts Pepper
      2 c  Water; boiling
      6 tb Vinegar
 
  Brown meat, onion, bacon and green pepper; drain. Stir in remaining
  ingredients. Simmer until potatoes are tender over low heat, about 45
  minutes.
