* Exported from MasterCook * Brunswick Stew Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Stews Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 1/2 lb Chicken breasts -- boneless 2 ts Salt Paprika -- to taste 2 tb Vegetable oil 2 md Onions -- sliced 1 md Green pepper -- sliced 3 c Water 2 c Canned tomatoes -- undrained 2 tb Parsley -- chopped 1/2 ts Tabasco sauce 1 tb Worcestershire sauce 2 c Whole kernel corn -- frozen 2 c Lima beans 1 lb Potato -- cooked, mashed Sprinkle chicken with 1 ts salt and paprika. Heat oil in deep kettle and brown chix on all sides. Add onion, green pepper. Cook until onions are transparent. Add water, tomatoes and liquid, parsley, remaining salt, Tabasco, and Worcestershire.
