* Exported from MasterCook * Chili with Panang Curry Recipe By : Andre Prost, Inc Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Chili Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 lb Ground beef 3 tb Panang curry base 1 Onion -- chopped 5 cl Garlic -- chopped 56 oz Crushed tomatoes (2 cans) 16 oz Can kidney beans 1/2 c Garlic chili pepper sauce In a large stockpot, saute ground beef until brown. Drain and add panang curry base. When well blended, add onion and garlic. Saute 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly browed. Add tomatoes, kidney beans and garlic chili pepper sauce *. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with finely shredded cheese. * Garlic chili pepper sauce will make your chili very spicy. You may only want to add a portion of this to your recipe. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Notes: This recipe is just simple basic chili with the addition of curry. By using your favorite chili recipe, the same results can be obtained by leaving out the chili powder and adding Thai curry.
