* Exported from MasterCook * Chili (Crockpot) Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Chili Crockpot Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 48 oz Kidney beans -- drained 32 oz Can tomatoes -- cut up 2 lb Ground beef -- cooked and drained 2 md Onions -- coarsely chopped 1 c Celery -- diced 2 cl Garlic -- minced 4 tb Chili powder -- up to 6 tb 1 ts Cumin Salt and pepper -- to taste Put all ingredients in Crockpot in order listed. Stir once. Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours or High 5 to 6 hours. Notes: Added 1 can tomato paste to thicken this up as it was quite watery.
