   1      tablespoon    cayenne pepper
     1/3  cup           cumin powder
   1      tablespoon    oregano
   2      tablespoons   basil
   1      tablespoon    salt
   1      tablespoon    garlic powder

Mix all well. Keep in glass container with seal. Use to taste in chili.
