      1 tb Salt
           -or try kosher salt?
      1 ts Dried thyme
      2 ts Onion powder
      1 ts Paprika
      2 ts Celery seed *see note
      2 ts White pepper
      2 ts Dry mustard
      2 ts Cracked black pepper
 
  Note:  Press celery seed in mortor to crack seed
  
  Mix all ingredients and place in spice jar.  Shake before using
