      Title: Steak Seasoning Salt
 Categories: Spice, Mix
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
    1/4 c  Table salt
    1/4 ts Red pepper flakes
      1 tb Coarse black pepper
      1 ts Paprika
      1 ts Dry minced garlic; hammered
      1 ts Dry minced onion; hammered
    1/4 ts Coriander seeds;
           - coarsely ground
 
  Hammer the garlic and the onion bits until reduced to bit sized
  pieces. Mix together well and use during grilling.
 
  Poster not noted.

  The original recipe called for caraway, not coriander which sounds
  terrible to me. Coriander is the secret ingredient in Montreal
  Steak Spice. -JW
