                     HOMEMADE JAMAICAN JERK SEASONING

   2      tablespoons   onion powder
   1      tablespoon    sugar
   1      tablespoon    Morton salt
   1      tablespoon    ground thyme
   1 1/2  teaspoons     ground allspice
     3/4  teaspoon      ground cinnamon
     3/4  teaspoon      ground red pepper

Stir together all ingredients.  Store in airtight container at room
temperature.  Rub seasoning on meats or poultry before grilling or
roasting.
