      Title: Sweet And Sour Sauce
 Categories: Sauce
      Yield: 4 Servings

    1/2 c  Brown sugar
    1/2 c  Ketchup
    1/2 c  Vinegar
      1 tb Molasses (optional)
      1 pn Hot pepper flakes
      1 tb Dijon mustard

Whisk all ingredients together in your inner pot, add frozen
meatballs (or chicken breasts or thick pork chops) and voila! Sweet
and sour meatballs (or whatever protein you cook up!)
