   2      c             Raw spinach
     1/4  c             Bacon -- cooked, chopped
   1      c             Tomato -- chopped
     1/4  c             Cider vinegar
     1/2  c             Salad oil
     1/4  c             Green pepper -- chopped

Mix and let stand in the ice box for 15 minutes. Serve on lettuce
leaves.
