MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Steamed Apricot Pudding Categories: Puddings Yield: 1 Pudding 1/2 lb Dried apricots 1 1/2 c Soft wheat flour; sifted 1/4 c Butter or other fat 1/2 c Sugar 2 Eggs 2 ts Baking powder 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Milk Wash the apricots, chop fine, and mix with 2 tb of the flour. Sift the remaining flour with the baking powder and salt. Cream the fat, add the sugar, and well-beaten eggs, and add alternately with the milk to the sifted dry ingredients. Stir in the apricots.
