      Title: Creamed Apple Tapioca

      Yield: 10 Servings
 
      2 tb Minute tapioca
      3 c  Milk
      2    Eggs, beaten
    1/2 c  Sugar
           Salt
      6 md Apples, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c  Sugar
           Nutmeg
 
  Cook the tapioca in the milk until transparent, add the eggs,
  sugar and salt. Remove from fire at once. Put the apples in a
  baking dish and sprinkle with the sugar and nutmeg. Pour the
  tapioca over the apples and bake until the apples are soft.
