* Exported from MasterCook * Peach Bread Pudding Recipe By : Lisa Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:10 Categories : Baking & Desserts Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 Cups day old bread cubes 3 each eggs 1 1/2 Cups milk 1/3 Cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon almond extract 1 can Peach pie filling Heat oven to 350. Spread bread cubes into greased 9" square pan. Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and extract. Stir in 1 Cup of the pie filling. Pour over bread cubes, pressing custard down into bread cubes with back of a spoon. Bake 30-40 minutes. Use knife test.
