                      Bittersweet Chocolate Pudding

   1      package       Pudding mix -- chocolate
                        - (6 serving size)
   1      cup           Water
   6 1/2  ounces        Cola beverage
                        Whipped topping (optional)

Combine pudding mix, water and cola in saucepan. Cook and stir over
medium heat until mixture comes to full boil. Remove from heat, pour
into individual dessert dishes. Chill, serve plain or with whipped
topping, if desired.
