      Title: JALAPENO-LIME MARINADE

    1/3 c  Pickled jalapeno slices
    1/4 c  Pickling liquid from
           Jalapenos
           Juice of 2 limes
      4 T  Oil, preferably canola
      3 T  Minced fresh Cilantro
      4    Green onions, sliced
      3    Cloves garlic, minced
 
  Puree the marinade ingredients in a food processor or blender. The
  marinade is best the day it's made.
