                            Jalapeno Jelly II

                        Green Food coloring
     1/3   c            Jalapeno -- seeded, chopped
     3/4   c            Bell pepper -- seeded, chopped
   1 1/2   c            Cider vinegar
   5 1/2   c            Sugar
   6       oz           Bottle Certo

  Cook peppers, vinegar, and sugar 10 minutes. Add liquid pectin,
  boil 1 minute longer. Add green food coloring. Peppers may be
  strained out if you wish. Set 15 minutes before putting in jars.

  Yield: 6 Cups
