                            Mango Apricot Jam

   6      oz            Dried apricots -- cut
   6      md            Mangos -- chopped
   1      c             Water
                        Sugar

Mix apricots and mangos with water and cook. (More water may be added
if too thick.) Measure above and add equal parts of sugar (experiment
with honey or other suitable cooking sugar substitute). Cook after
being brought to boil, for 10 minutes.
