    1/3 c  Red wine vinegar
           Salt and pepper; to taste
      1 pn Tarragon
      1 tb Dijon mustard
    1/2 c  Olive oil
    1/2 c  Vegetable oil
 
  Whisk vinegar into salt, pepper, tarragon, and mustard. Add oils,
  continuously whisking until dressing is light and fluffy. This
  light, tasty salad is a perfect accompaniment to a fish dinner.
