Bake in 425 F oven for 40 to 60 minutes or until done. Or, prick skin of potatoes; place in microwave oven; and cook on 100% power (high) for 14 to 17 minutes or until done, rearranging once. Let stand for 5 minutes to finish cooking. In a small saucepan stir together the milk, corn starch, mustard, and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
