                       Moredaddy's Pimiento Cheese

   1 1/4  lb            Sharp cheddar cheese -- grated
   8      oz            Diced pimientos -- drained
   8      oz            Pace picante sauce
                        Pepper -- freshly ground
   3      tb            Mayonnaise

Combine cheese, pimientos, and picante sauce. Add pepper to taste.
Add mayonnaise and blend thoroughly. Store in refrigerator. This is
quite hot; use less picante sauce for a milder mixture.

Yield: 1 Quart
