   8      oz            Cream cheese
     1/4  c             Sugar
   1                    Egg yolk
   1                    White bread loaf

Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and egg yolk. Cut off ends of bread
and roll thin. Spread on cheese. Roll corner to corner. Dip in melted
margarine, then in cinnamon sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet
350 F until brown about 10 minutes.
