Sift the mixture over a piece of waxed paper. In a medium bowl, using a hand-held electric mixer set at medium speed, beat the butter until creamy. Add the cocoa-sugar mixture and vanilla. Continue beating for 1 minute or until the mixture is smooth. Pack into a small crock. Serve or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
