                           Baked Apple Butter

  16      oz            Brown sugar
  32      oz            Apple sauce (2 cans)
     1/2  ts            Cinnamon
     1/4  ts            Ground cloves
     1/2  c             Vinegar

Combine all in 2 qt casserole dish. Bake at 350 F, stirring
occasionally about 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until mixture becomes thick
and clear.
