  10      oz            Froz sliced strawberries -- thawed
   4      c             Milk
   1      pt            Strawberry ice cream
   1      tsp           Lemon rind -- grated

Combine all, one half at a time in blender on high, 1 min. (Or use a
mixer). Serve in tall glasses.
