      Title: Hot Cocoa

      Yield: 1 Serving
 
    1/3 c  Sugar
    1/3 c  Cocoa
    1/4 ts Salt
      2 c  Water
      4 c  Milk
    1/2 ts Vanilla extract
           Cinnamon; to taste
 
  Mix sugar, cocoa, salt, and water. Heat until boiling. Boil for 2
  minutes. Stir in milk. Heat but do not boil. Add vanilla and cinnamon.
