                           Irish Cream Liqueur

   1 1/4  c             Irish whiskey, rye whiskey,
                        - bourbon, or scotch --
                        - up to 1-1/2 c
  14      oz            Sweetened condensed milk
   1      c             Whipping cream or coffee creamer
   4                    Eggs *
   2      tb            Chocolate flavored syrup
   2      ts            Instant coffee
   1      ts            Vanilla extract
     1/2  ts            Almond extract

  * Use only Grade A clean, uncracked eggs.

  In blender container, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth.
  Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to 1 month. Stir before
  serving.
