   4      dr            Angustura bitters
   4      dr            Cointreau
   4      dr            Cognac
                        Laurent Perrier Champagne
                        Orange peel twist
   1                    Cherry

Place the sugar lump in a flute. Add the bitters, then the cointreau
and cognac. Top up with champagne and serve with the orange twist and
cherry on a stick.
