MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Baileys Hot Chocolate

      Yield: 2 Servings

      2 c  Whole milk
      2 tb Dutch-processed cocoa
      2 tb Sugar
      4 oz Semisweet chocolate;
           - chopped
    1/2 ts Vanilla extract
      3 oz Irish cream liqueur
           Whipped cream, chocolate
           - sauce & crushed candy
           - canes

  Place milk, cocoa and sugar in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  Bring to a simmer; cook until heated through and well combined, 2
  to 3 minutes. Add chocolate, stir until melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
  Remove from heat; add vanilla and Irish cream liqueur. Pour into
  mugs and garnish as desired.
