      Title: Stanford Cocktail

      Yield: 1 Serving

  1 1/2 oz Amontillado sherry
      1 oz Cognac
           Angostura bitters; to taste

  Fill a mixing glass two-thirds full of ice and add all of
  the ingredients. Stir for approximately 30 seconds, and
  strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  Adapted from a recipe by Colin Field, who was head barman
  at the Hemingway Bar at Ritz Paris Hotel in France.
