                           Tonka Bean Cordial 2

   1                    Tonka bean
   3                    Vanilla bean (3")
   1                    Cinnamon stick (3 to 4")
   1                    Fifth vodka
   1      c             Sugar syrup

Steep the tonka bean, vanilla bean, and cinnamon stick in the vodka
for 2 weeks. Filter through cheesecloth and add the sugar syrup. Do
not over-steep as the cinnamon will be too strong in relation to the
other flavors.
