                            Rosemary Cordial 1

     1/4  Tsp           Bruised Rosemary Leaves
   1      Fifth         Scotch
   1      Cup           honey

Taste is supposed to be delicate and somewhat like Drambuie (according to
the author)

Add the bruised rosemary leaves tothe Scotch and shake well.  Let it
stand overnight only. Strain with cheesecloth and add the honey.  Shake
well and let stand 2-3 weeks so that the pollen and other tiny particles
in the honey settle out.  Siphon off the clear portion which will be all
but the last 1/2 inch or so of the bottle.
