   2      Tbsp          Caraway Seed
   2      Tsp           Anise Seed
     1/3  Tsp           Ground Coriander
   1      3 Inch        Cinnamon Stick
   1      Piece         Lemon Peel
   1 1/2                Cloves
   1      Fifth         Vodka
   1      Cup           Sugar Syrup
                        Gold Flecks (Small Amount) -- Optional

Work the seeds in a motor for a few minutes. Add all ingredients except
the syrup and gold flecks (if using) to the vodka and let steep 1 1/2
weeks.  Strain through cheesecloth.  Add the syrup and gold leaf flecks
if using.
