   1      Cup           sugar syrup or honey

*Damiana is a small shrub that grows in the SW United States and in
Mexico.  Among the natives of NW Mexico, it is reputed to be an
aphrodisiac.  It has a strong aromatic herbal scent slightly reminiscent
of sage or thyme.

Steep the damiana in the vodka for one week. Strain and filter.  Sweeten
with the sugar syrup or honey.
