                       Cinnamon & Coriander Cordial

   1                    Cinnamon Stick
   1      Tbsp          Ground Coriander
   1 1/2  Cups          Vodka
   1 1/2  Cups          Brandy
   1      Cup           sugar syrup

Steep the cinnamon stick and coriander for one week in the vodka/brandy. 
Strain through cheesecloth.  Add the syrup and you are ready.

May add 1 or 2 cloves as well as cardamom seeds or lemon peel.  Play with
it to see what flavors you like best.
