      Title: Fix-Up Goat Cheese Spread
 Categories: Spreads
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
    200 g  Soft spreadable goat cheese
      1 tb Butter; melted
      1 tb Whipping cream
      1 tb Assorted fresh herbs; minced
      1 ts Garlic powder
    1/2    Fresco pepper; finely minced
    1/4 ts Salt
 
  Let the cheese come up to room temperature or zap it in the microwave
  for a few seconds to soften. Stir in the other ingredients. Let sit
  overnight for flavours to blend.
  
  Naturally the variety and amount of chile used is at the discretion
  of the cook.
