   1      c             Gruyere cheese -- shredded
   1      tb            Milk
   1 1/2  ts            Prepared mustard
     1/2  c             Apple -- peeled and shredded
   1 1/2  ts            Chives -- chopped

Beat cream cheese, blend in Gruyere, milk, and mustard. Stir in
remaining ingredients.
