      Title: Speedy Jalapeno Spam Spread

      Yield: 2 Cups
 
     12 oz Can spam luncheon meat
      1    Onion
      2    Jalapeno peppers
      4 tb Mayonnaise or salad dressing
           Chips and/or crackers
 
  Remove seeds from jalapeno peppers. Chop SPAM, onion, and jalapeno
  peppers finely. In bowl, add ingredients and stir in mayonnaise.
  Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve with chips or crackers.
