   6 1/2  oz            Can tuna -- packed in water
   2      tb            Onion -- finely chopped
   2      tb            Celery -- finely chopped
   1      tb            Carrot -- finely chopped
     1/4  c             Lo-cal bleu cheese dressing
                        Salt and pepper -- to taste

Drain tuna; chop fine. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Yield: 1 Cup
