                             Crab Delight Dip

   1      cup           mayonnaise
     1/2  cup           sour cream
   1      tablespoon    chopped parsley
   1      tablespoon    sherry -- optional
   1      teaspoon      lemon juice
                        salt and pepper -- to taste
   6      ounces        crab meat

Combine all ingredients and chill at least 2 hours.  Serve with crackers,
or crisp vegetables.
