      1 t  vinegar
    1/2 t  onion
      1 t  fresh dill weed
    1/4 t  kosher salt

combine sour cream, chives, vinegar, onions, and dill in a food processor

process until smooth and well blended
season to taste with salt 
serve slightly chilled
